Greetings! Texts
Welcome to APUSH! I'm glad you have decided to take this extremely rewarding course. I love history and am excited to be teaching this class. Before we get started, I just want to remind you that this is a very fast paced and difficult course. We have alot of ground to cover before our AP exam on Friday May 8th 2015 so get ready to enter the fast lane!
If you haven't taken an AP class before, this class is not a college-ready course, it is a college level course meaning, you are responsible for your learning and completing the required readings and assignments. My role, is to help you out and support you, but that does not mean I will be doing work for you, nor will I be holding your hand for every step. You will find everything that you need on this website. Including separate pages for all the periods we cover. This includes assignments, due dates, and other materials that you will need for the class. In order to be successful in this class, you must 1. Check this website every week 2. Review all readings posted on the website at home 3. Complete all homework (Chapter handouts given in class) 4. Bring a positive, curious and can do attitude to class. |
